Basic Cake Decorating 101

This is a two hour basic cake decorating class held for one night.  The cost for each student is $40.  Everything you need to learn and decorate a cake will be provided for you.  Upon completion of this class, you will be able to:

1.       Understand the different icing consistencies;
2.       Observe how to fill a layered cake;
3.       Ice a cake;
4.       How to use pastry bags, disposable bags, and           parchment triangles;
5.       Borders;
6.       Drop flowers;
7.       Roses;
8.       Piping gel transfer.

Each student will take home their own 7” decorated cake w/box created by them!  Plus everyone will be entered into the nightly drawing on who wins the teacher’s two layered filled cake!
