Candy demos are held as long as there are no other classes/parties scheduled.  The cost for the demo is $15 per person.  You need to register and pay (at least 48 hours) before the demo so that I can confirm that we have the minimum (six) individuals to hold the class and that there are enough samples for each student.  If you sign up for a class and the minimum is not met, I will contact you to see if you can make another evening and/or refund your money.  The age for the demo is 13yrs old and older.  The following will be demonstrated: Chocolate molds (simple and detailed); Chocolate dipped pretzels; Tiger butter/fudge; Bark; Tortoises; Bon bons; Krisp Rice; Chocolate covered cherries; Nut clusters
